Can I use the podcasts I create commercially?
Yes. All paid plans include commercial usage rights. You can publish your generated podcasts on Spotify, Apple Podcasts, YouTube, or any other platform. You can also embed them on your website or use them in courses and training materials.

Yes. Every Flow has a private RSS feed that you can add to podcast apps that accept RSS links, like Apple Podcasts, Overcast, or Pocket Casts. Flow auto-delivers each new episode straight to your phone so you can listen offline during your commute or workout.
Privacy and Security
Are my podcasts private or public?
Your Flow episodes are private to your account. You can listen in the app or through your private RSS feed, which only works for people who have its link, so keep that link to yourself.
Do you use my content to train AI models?
No. We do not use your text or generated podcasts to train any AI models. Your content remains yours. We only process it to generate your podcast and then store it for your access.
Is my uploaded content secure?
All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). You can delete a Flow and its episodes at any time from the Flow page.
Pricing and Plans
How does pricing work?
Flow uses simple weekly plans, priced by episode length (10, 20 or 30 minutes). Sip is one episode per week from $1.99/week (up to $2.99 for 30-minute episodes), Brew is three episodes per week from $4.99/week (up to $7.99), and Daily is an episode every day from $9.99/week (up to $18.99). Every plan includes research mode.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. There are no contracts or long-term commitments. Cancel anytime from your account settings and the cancellation takes effect at the end of your current week.
What happens if I run out of episodes for the week?
You can buy a one-off episode top-up ($0.99 to $1.99 depending on length) or upgrade your plan. Your weekly episode allowance resets at the start of each billing week.
Do unused episodes roll over?
No. Unused episodes don’t carry forward between weeks. Pick the plan that matches how often you actually want a new episode.

What file types can I upload?
Flow does not read uploaded files yet. You describe your topics in text, and Flow researches material on the public web for each episode.
Is there a limit on how long my podcast episodes can be?
Yes. Episodes are 10, 20 or 30 minutes. You pick the length in your Flow settings, and your weekly price depends on the length you choose.
Can I create podcasts from YouTube videos?
Not today. Flow builds episodes from the topics you describe and from fresh web research. It does not convert YouTube videos or follow YouTube channels.
